Terms of service
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the LELŪNE website.
Our collections are available to customers worldwide. Please note that shipping conditions, customs duties, taxes, or import regulations may vary depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms as they apply at the time of purchase.
2. Our Products & Presentation
We take great care to present our jewellery as accurately as possible. Product images, descriptions, and details are intended to give a true impression, though slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
All products are offered subject to availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
3. Prices, Currency & Payment
Prices are displayed in the local currency of the customer’s country, based on their location at the time of browsing or checkout.
All prices shown are final product prices, excluding shipping costs, which are displayed separately during checkout.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
LELŪNE is currently not subject to Swiss VAT. Therefore, no VAT is charged or shown.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. In certain cases, we may limit specific payment options or request advance payment.
All items remain the property of LELŪNE until full payment has been received.
3.1 Currency & Exchange Rates
Prices are displayed in the local currency of the customer’s country based on location settings, browser preferences, or checkout selection.
Please note that currency conversion is provided for convenience only. Final charges may vary slightly due to exchange rates applied by payment providers, banks, or credit card issuers. LELŪNE has no influence over these exchange rates or any related fees.
The amount charged by your payment provider may therefore differ slightly from the price displayed on our website.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you submit a binding purchase request. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
A contract is formed once we confirm that your order has been dispatched. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and refund any payment already made.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout using trusted postal or courier services.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination. Partial deliveries may occur, with shipping costs charged only once.
If a delivery cannot be completed or is refused, we reserve the right to cancel the order and charge any costs incurred.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We want you to feel confident about your purchase.
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
How returns work:
If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us first and wait for our response before sending anything back.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as responsibility for the return remains with the customer until the package arrives safely.
Please include a note with your full name and order number inside the return package to ensure smooth and efficient processing.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and complete.
Refunds are issued within 20 working days after receipt of the returned goods or valid proof of shipment.
Final Sale Items: Items clearly marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
7. Quality & Care
We stand behind the quality of our jewellery.
Statutory warranty rights apply for two years from delivery. If a product has a defect, we will - at our discretion - repair it, replace it, or refund the purchase price.
Please note that jewellery naturally changes over time. The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Oxidation or discoloration
• Damage caused by water, perfume, sweat, friction, or improper handling
These characteristics are part of natural use and do not indicate a defect.
8. Liability
LELŪNE is liable only where required by mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or purely financial losses is excluded.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is handled with care and processed only to fulfill your order, improve our services, and communicate with you in line with our Privacy Policy.
Full details are available in our Privacy Policy at *link*
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Any disputes may be brought either:
at the registered seat of LELŪNE (8840 Einsiedeln, Switzerland), or
at the customer’s place of residence, where legally permitted.
11. If Something Doesn’t Apply
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
12. Contact
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via the contact details listed in the imprint on info@leluneofficial.com.
